Role: Customer Service Representative In this critical role, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch customer service to our clients and prospects. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth in your assigned market. This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy a better work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities: Close clients in new markets as assigned, leveraging approved contracts with parent companies Develop and execute stakeholder outreach strategies via email campaigns, cold calls, and potential walk-ins Cultivate prospects into customers through regular follow-up and contact Onboard existing clients' locations information and document all stakeholder interactions into our CRM system Work closely with your team to provide exceptional customer service, solidifying accounts as lifetime customers Play a critical role in establishing arenaflex in your location by prospecting and closing clients Ensure recruiting pipeline is aligned with sales pipeline and network actively to expand presence in the market Essential
Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
You should be analytical, competitive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. A strong work ethic, coachability, and openness to changes are also essential for success in this role. Preferred
Qualifications: Previous customer service, sales, or managerial experience is a plus, as is a proven track record of success in a similar role. You should be comfortable with technology, including CRM systems, and have excellent time management and organizational skills.
