As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, interacting with clients to resolve their inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a positive customer experience. You'll be responsible for managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems, while also learning and following all customer service procedures and policies. - Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
- Provide product information, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience
- Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
- Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
- Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
- Upsell products and services as needed
- Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- *Requirements and Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
- Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
- Must reside in California

- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of industry-specific products and services
- Certification in customer service or a related field
