As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in empowering our customers to create spaces that reflect their personalities, values, and lifestyles. You'll be the voice of arenaflex, working to build relationships with customers who contact us via phone, chat, and email. From resolving post-order issues to providing product recommendations, you'll have the autonomy to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities * Empathetically assist customers navigate a wide range of post-order issues, including delivery questions, damages, returns, replacements, meeting services, and order notifications * Demonstrate reliability, attendance, and dedication to being present and on time for your entire shift every day * Handle a high volume of contacts, including 50-60 phone calls per shift, in a quick-paced and structured environment * Meet arenaflex's high performance bar, exceeding customer satisfaction, and exceling in meeting customer service performance metrics * Professionally engage customers, actively listening to their concerns and leveraging internal resources to find the best solution * De-escalate customer concerns, using battle control abilities to balance customer needs with business options while maintaining a professional composure * Problem-solve, using analytical thinking to resolve customer issues in a first-touch decision-making process * Be tech-savvy and multitask, juggling multiple browsers, tabs, tools, and displays to quickly and accurately resolve questions * Escalate systemic issues, helping arenaflex continuously improve and identify areas for development on behalf of our customers Requirements * Be 18 years of age or older * Hold a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent * Be able to read, write, and speak Spanish and English * Have a working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems or equivalent * Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays What We Offer * Competitive hourly rate of $20-30/hour * Comprehensive training program, including onboarding, product knowledge, and technical skills development * Ongoing development opportunities, including career growth and professional recognition * Supportive work environment, emphasizing work-life balance and flexible scheduling * Paid holidays, paid time off (PTO), and paid volunteer work * Full health benefits, including medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, life insurance, and disability protection * Global wellbeing programs, including gym/fitness discounts, mental health support, and caregiver services * Financial growth and security programs, including 401K matching, tuition reimbursement, and financial health education * Family support programs, including family planning support, parental leave, and global surrogacy and adoption policy * Unique perks, including employee discount, U.S.
