As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, assisting them with questions and concerns related to our rewards program. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing large volumes of inbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
  • Following established communication scripts to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching, and providing solutions and/or alternatives
  • Accessing company and client resources to accurately handle calls
  • Seizing opportunities to upsell products and services when applicable
  • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times
  • Remaining positive and professional in all customer interactions
  • *Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Previous 1 year customer service or customer support experience required
  • Previous 1 year call center or office background experience required
  • Technical savvy, including the ability to toggle between multiple browsers and systems using dual monitors
  • Previous remote work from home experience preferred
  • Quick learner and able to work independently
  • Type 35 words per minute accurately
  • Strong phone and enthusiastic verbal communication skills, along with active listening
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • A background check applicable with state and federal laws will be required

As a remote worker, you'll need to have a dedicated workspace that meets careerzynith's requirements. This includes:

  • Childcare for anyone 4 years of age and younger is required
  • *Pay and Benefits**

careerzynith offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Starting pay: $14/hour, plus shift differential (extra $1/hr nights & wkds)
  • Work hours: Shifts between 7:00am-7:00 pm (MST); Work Days: Mon-Fri
  • Paid Training: typically 1 week from 7:00am-4:00pm (MST)
  • Status: Full-time, Benefit-eligible (40 hrs) after 60 days
