- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Experience working in a customer-facing role, particularly in a call center or retail environment
