- Managing large volumes of inbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
- Following established communication scripts to handle various customer inquiries and concerns
- Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching, and providing solutions and/or alternatives
- Accessing company and client resources to accurately handle calls
- Seizing opportunities to upsell products and services when applicable
- Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times
- Providing exceptional customer service, remaining positive and professional in all interactions

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous 3-6 months of customer service or customer support experience (a plus if you have call center or office background experience)
