You'll work directly with clients who have requested benefits information, helping them understand their options and guiding them through the enrollment process. This is a remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Handling inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients to provide them with accurate and timely information about their benefits * Setting virtual appointments and conducting benefits presentations to educate clients about available programs and coverage options * Completing applications and documentation with accuracy to ensure that clients receive the benefits they're eligible for * Maintaining high-quality service standards and client records to ensure that clients receive exceptional service and support * Participating in leadership training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge **What We’re Looking For** We're looking for talented individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and support to our union members.
