With a strong focus on customer-centricity, we strive to build long-lasting relationships with our clients, and we're confident that the right candidate will help us achieve this goal. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Answering inbound phone calls and responding to live chats from potential and current customers in a professional, warm, and confident manner * Guiding clients on customization options, lead times, materials, and order status, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products * Representing arenaflex with confidence, warmth, and professionalism, reflecting our brand's values and mission * Escalating complex requests to our internal team, ensuring that clients receive the support they need in a timely manner * Maintaining customer logs or Zendesk ticket updates when calls/chats occur, ensuring accurate records and efficient issue resolution **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Time (USA) * Some weekend availability expected (flexible or rotating basis) * You must be online, responsive, and ready to answer, but only paid for active time during calls or chats **Pay Structure** * You are compensated only when handling active customer interactions * We can track time based on logged calls, live chat transcripts, or Zendesk tickets * We are open to discussing flat "per chat/call" rates or a low standby retainer plus per-interaction pay **Requirements** * Fluent English with a clear, confident speaking voice * Prior customer service experience, preferably with custom or design products * Comfortable on the phone with U.S.-based clients * Reliable internet and quiet working environment * Strong written communication for chat and ticketing tools * Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Monday.com, or Google Workspace is a plus **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to escalate complex requests * Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and chat tools * Ability to maintain accurate records and update customer logs or Zendesk ticket updates * Strong attention to detail and ability to provide high-quality support **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
