As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex's Virtual Amazon Warehouse, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery

  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations
  • Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site, and ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Utilizing technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
  • Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring timely processing and distribution of customer orders

  • 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Availability to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
