As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, working with customers from all walks of life to resolve their queries and concerns. Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Handling and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner * Providing excellent customer service through active listening and empathy * Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively * Resolving issues on the first call by being proactive and solution-focused * Appropriately communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Upselling when required Qualifications We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
To be considered for this role, you'll need: * Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment * 6 months of customer service experience (preferred) * Over 18 years of age * Ability to type 25 wpm * High School Graduate or GED * Comfort with desktop computer systems * Proven oral and written communication skills * Logical problem-solving skills * Ability to navigate Windows operating systems * Organization and work prioritization skills Work from Home Requirements To ensure that you can work effectively from home, you'll need: * A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps * An ISP with no packet loss and a ping under 50ms * Proof of internet speed required * A clean and quiet workspace Be Part of
