We're a fast-paced and complex team that works hard, but we also know how to have a good time. The Role We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and customers through our online ticketing system. You'll be handling a wide range of inquiries, from processing batch order imports to assisting producers in navigating our platform to handling customer order questions.

Key Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional customer service through our online ticketing system * Handle a wide range of inquiries, including processing batch order imports, assisting producers in navigating our platform, and handling customer order questions * Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and provide creative solutions * Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless communication and support * Participate in on-the-job training and be willing to learn and grow from mistakes * Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and sales Requirements: * Minimum 5 years' experience in a tasting room and/or other winery admin role * 2 years' experience working with CRMs and multiple online platforms simultaneously * High proficiency in Excel, including data review, transfer, and manipulation * Skilled problem-solver and multitasker, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised and/or remotely, with strong time-management skills * Excellent communication skills, with an aptitude for sales and dedication to customer satisfaction * Patient, kind, and open communicator * Willingness to participate in on-the-job training and be willing to learn and grow from mistakes Essential Skills and Competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work collaboratively with a team * High level of proficiency in Excel and CRM software * Strong time-management and organizational skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Excellent customer service skills
