We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team, working remotely from the comfort of their own home.

  • *Job Summary:**

As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. You'll also be responsible for maintaining our customer database, making daily outbound phone calls, routing technicians based on location, and contributing to a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team.   • *Responsibilities:**
  • Handle inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer database information
  • Make daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians
  • Route technicians based on location to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve issues and concerns
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • *Schedule:**
  • Wednesday: In-office at our Chantilly location from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
  • *Qualifications:**
  • Previous call center experience (at least 1 year)
  • Ability to type at least 70 words per minute
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
  • Ability to accurately document information into our customer database (Service Titan)
  • *Remote Work Requirements:**
  • High-speed internet connection
  • Quiet workspace with minimal background noise
  • arenaflex will provide a laptop and cell phone; candidates must provide their own equipment
