As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your duties will include:

  • Dispatching service technicians according to their schedule
  • Answering incoming service calls and adjusting technician's schedule as needed
  • Resolving customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the proper staff, and responding to special requirements
  • Matching type of service required with availability, location, and duration of service to maximize productivity, profitability, and efficiency
  • Making outbound calls to keep the schedule filled and maintain the Company's membership base
  • Being a good teammate to coworkers
  • Educating customers on our Membership benefits to make them a lifelong customer

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a call center environment
  • The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
  • Detail-oriented and proactive thinking skills
  • A quiet workspace with minimal background noise and high-speed internet access

As a remote worker, you will be provided with a laptop and cell phone by arenaflex. However, you will need to provide:

This is a highly competitive role with a starting hourly rate of $17-20 per hour, based on experience. There are also numerous commission opportunities available, which can average an additional $100-$1000+ per month. arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
