  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service role
  • Heavy credit memo experience, with a strong understanding of creating, applying, and verifying credit memos on purchase orders
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
