  • *Job Summary:**

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience. You'll be responsible for managing high-volume calls and emails, processing orders, and providing quotes to customers. If you're a highly organized, detail-oriented, and friendly individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Manage and assign emails to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Process invoices from suppliers and deliver customer invoices in a timely manner
  • Receive payments from customers and run credit card transactions with accuracy
  • Enter tracking numbers into arenaflex's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and eCommerce websites
  • Manage high-volume phone calls from customers and vendors, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently
  • Provide verbal and email quotes to customers, ensuring accurate and timely responses
  • Communicate with vendors to confirm price and availability of products
  • Process orders with vendors and confirm order acknowledgments to ensure seamless delivery
  • Keep track of backorders and follow up with vendors and customers to provide accurate ship dates
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly payments to vendors, ensuring accurate financial records
  • Keep track of past-due invoices and follow up with customers to resolve outstanding balances
  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, customer support, and sales
  • Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and vendors
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Friendly and patient demeanor, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in eCommerce software and industrial equipment, supplies, filtration, or compressed air equipment a bonus
  • Ability to maintain confidential financial documentation and require minimal supervision to complete work and meet deadlines
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Experience working in the industrial supply industry
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or sales
