We believe in investing in our people and providing opportunities for career growth and advancement. **Responsibilities** As an arenaflex Customer Service & Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Fielding customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns * Connecting with customers to resolve their questions or concerns, and calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate, and responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, and providing feedback on call issues * Meeting sales objectives as defined, and working independently in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be considered for this role, you'll need: * 6 months of customer service experience, with a minimum of 6 months of call center experience preferred * Over 18 years of age, with a high school graduate or GED equivalent * Ability to type 25 wpm, and comfort with desktop computer systems * Proven oral and written communication skills, with logical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently * Availability to work various shifts, with the ability to use Windows operating systems and organization and work prioritization skills * 6 months of sales experience, with the ability to stay composed and objective, and strong listening skills * Superior negotiating skills, with the ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment **Work from Home Requirements** To work from home as an arenaflex Customer Service & Sales Representative, you'll need: * A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps * An ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms * A clean and quiet workspace, with proof of internet speed required * A desktop computer system with Windows operating system, and the ability to use a headset and other necessary equipment **Be Part of Our arenaflex Family** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a culture of inclusion and diversity, where everyone feels welcome and valued.
