As a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside the facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of our self-storage facilities, including rent collection, customer communication, and facility maintenance
  • Analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and developing strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction

  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, and providing regular updates to our management team

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service centered sales environment, including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based industries
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
