As a Customer Service Specialist I, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our national clients, answering incoming calls, and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service, and you'll be an integral part of our efforts to build strong relationships with our clients.
