  • *Your Impact**

As a Customer Service Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and support. You'll be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and coaching to ensure that they meet and exceed performance expectations. Your expertise and leadership will help to drive customer satisfaction, resolve complex issues, and promote a positive and supportive work environment.

  • *Essential Functions**
  • **Manage Complex Service Issues**: Handle escalated calls with a sense of urgency and professionalism, ensuring that customer satisfaction is met.
  • **Department Staffing and Daily Phone Coverage**: Ensure that the department is adequately staffed to meet customer needs, and provide daily phone coverage for all questions, personnel issues, and training programs.
  • **Training and Development**: Develop and implement training programs for new employees and ongoing training for existing employees to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
  • **Communication and Collaboration**: Communicate effectively with team members to resolve issues, and interact with internal and external contacts on behalf of customers to expedite problem resolution.
  • **Documentation and Follow-up**: Document customer interactions, established next steps, and follow through to completion to ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • **Facility Compliance**: Ensure that the facility is compliant with monthly and quarterly reporting requirements.
  • **Special Projects**: Manage special projects as assigned, and provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
