As a Customer Service Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and maintaining accurate Excel spreadsheets with product data to ensure seamless operations and informed decision-making.
  • Updating and maintaining master product files to guarantee up-to-date information and efficient order processing.
  • Sending invoices and shipment details promptly to customers, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Managing product data in shipping portals to streamline logistics and reduce errors.
