We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service/Dispatcher to join our 24/7 call center team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers and resolving basic customer service inquiries
  • Scheduling work to be done by our mobile medical technicians
  • Dispatching work to scheduled technicians and ensuring timely completion of jobs
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and tracking variations in services offered by our clients
  • Collaborating with multiple businesses and clients to provide exceptional customer experiences
