Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative (Healthcare) at arenaflex, you will: * Enroll existing client customers in mail order pharmacy * Educate client customers on bolthires-saving benefits * Ensure our clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences * Provide exceptional customer service support via inbound and outbound calls * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Strong customer service orientation * Attention to detail * Ability to use sales rebuttals * At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role * High school diploma or equivalent * Ability to type 20 WPM * A passion for helping others Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate: * Experience in the healthcare industry * Sales or customer service experience in a call center environment * Knowledge of medication enrollment processes * Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools What's in it for you?
