As a Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing fast, friendly service to our customers and driving sales growth through effective product recommendations and sales strategies. You'll work closely with your Department Supervisor and other associates to maintain a safe, clean, and shop-able environment, while ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance
  • Learn about products using our tools and provide information to customers to sell an entire project
  • Greet, qualify, recommend, and close every customer in your department, while knowing how to handle basics in adjacent departments
  • Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-able, and safe
  • Provide a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies & standards, completing specified safety training, and reporting hazards & unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
