Job Overview In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible for guiding large and complex clients through their journey to the cloud, ensuring that all arenaflex teams work together seamlessly to deliver results. As a Customer Solutions Manager, you will be a key partner to our clients, utilizing your delivery experience with large-scale commitments, changes, and aiding in navigating their phases of cloud adoption. You will interact with clients and arenaflex leadership, driving collaboration between various teams, including sales, support, solutions design, and expert services.
Key Responsibilities Assist in directing large and complex clients through their cloud adoption journey Ensure seamless collaboration between various arenaflex teams to deliver results for clients Develop and execute client engagement plans, including education plans, business outcome workshops, executive preparation meetings, and go-live events Interpret strategic initiatives in the account plan into executable actions, working backward from the client's key achievements Proactively address client challenges through innovative ideas, tools, and systems Communicate effectively with clients and arenaflex leadership, including C-suite and VP-level stakeholders Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Experience driving complex, large-scale IT/digital/business transformation programs Experience in a client-facing role, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey information to C-suite/VP level Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be advantageous: Direct experience implementing cloud services, such as AWS Strong understanding of key technology and market trends PMP or Scrum/Agile, SAFe certification Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with virtual teams Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think creatively Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
