You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure they achieve their security awareness and training goals. Your expertise in Japanese language and culture will be invaluable in building strong relationships with our Japanese customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute customer success plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction in Tokyo, Japan. * Build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences. * Conduct regular customer health checks, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions. * Provide training and support to customers on our security awareness and training platform. * Analyze customer data and feedback to inform product development and improve customer satisfaction. * Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in Japan. **Essential Qualifications** * Fluency in Japanese language (written and spoken). * 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field. * Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction in Japan. * Strong understanding of security awareness and training principles. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with security awareness and training platforms. * Knowledge of Japanese regulatory requirements and industry trends. * Familiarity with arenaflex's security awareness and training platform. * Certification in customer success, account management, or a related field. * Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
