Our team is passionate about solving real-world problems, and we're committed to creating a collaborative and inclusive work environment that fosters innovation and creativity. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Success Enablement Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Owning the CSM Enablement Strategy: Design, implement, and iterate on a comprehensive enablement roadmap for the CS organization * Accelerating Ramp: Build onboarding programs that shorten time-to-productivity for new CSMs and newly launched products * Developing Ongoing Curriculum: Create role-specific learning paths covering product expertise, customer success best practices, and industry insights * Partnering Cross-Functionally: Align with CS Leadership, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to surface enablement needs and embed best-in-class practices * Leveraging Tech Stack: Ensure tools, such as Planhat and Gong, are configured and adopted to maximize CSM efficiency and insight * Driving Content & Resource Creation: Produce playbooks, success-plan templates, QBR guides, case studies, and competitive intelligence tailored for CS use * Certifying & Coaching: Build assessments and certifications to validate knowledge retention; provide call/meeting coaching and actionable feedback based on Gong & customer interactions * Measuring Impact: Define KPIs and maintain dashboards to quantify program effectiveness * Attracting top-tier talent to join our driven team **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * At least 3-5 years of CSM enablement experience in a high-growth B2B startup * Demonstrated experience building enablement programs from the ground up for CSM or post-sales teams * Deep understanding of Customer Success workflows (onboarding, health scoring, QBRs, renewals, expansion) and associated metrics * Comfortable navigating ambiguity, prioritizing ruthlessly, and wearing multiple hats * Excellent instructional design, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills * Bonus: previously was a high-performing SDR, AE, or CSM; directly engaged with prospects or customers * Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week **Why Join arenaflex?** * Growth and impact: arenaflex is a funded unicorn startup that's scaling rapidly, and you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our growth and success. * Collaborative and inclusive work environment: Our team is passionate about solving real-world problems, and we're committed to creating a collaborative and inclusive work environment that fosters innovation and creativity. * Competitive total rewards package: arenaflex offers a competitive total rewards package, including base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. **Benefits** * Competitive salary range: $150,000-$190,000 * Equity in the company in the form of stock options * Medical, Dental, and Vision premiums covered at 100% * Fully paid parental leave * Commuter benefits * 401k benefits * Monthly fitness stipend * A collaborative in-office environment with an open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, and company-paid lunch * Fun company social events through our arenaflex and the City program * Unlimited vacation and paid holidays * We'll cover relocation packages and make the move exciting, not painful! **Job Compensation Range** The salary range for this role is $150,000-$190,000. arenaflex offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package.
