  • *Key Responsibilities**

As our first Customer Success & Implementation Manager, you'll be responsible for owning the full customer lifecycle, including:

  • **Own the full customer lifecycle**: Own all post-sales activities including onboarding, adoption, retention, and account health monitoring.
  • **Execute technical implementation**: You'll handle the end-to-end setup for new customers, including data extraction, cleansing, and transformation.
  • **Be a trusted advisor on regulatory topics**: You'll guide customers through compliance questions and help them navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
  • **Build strong relationships at all levels**: Whether it's field operators or senior management, you'll communicate with empathy and clarity to create long-term trust.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • **Min. 2 years** of experience in a customer-facing role; e.g. customer success, account management, or consulting.
  • Strong Excel/data handling skills and a sharp analytical mindset.
  • Excellent people skills – you can navigate conversations with field operators just as well as with senior managers.
  • Fluent in both English and German.
