You'll work closely with our customers to understand their goals, challenges, and pain points, and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our customers achieve their desired outcomes and continue to see value in our platform. **Key Responsibilities** * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular check-ins, strategic planning, and proactive communication * Develop and refine scalable playbooks that maximize customer value, drive retention, and growth * Take a proactive, hands-on approach to guide customers through key milestones, including onboarding, adoption, risk management, and renewals * Analyze product usage and account health metrics to guide prioritization and outreach * Serve as a trusted advisor and AI thought leader by sharing best practices and helping customers unlock arenaflex's full potential * Advocate for customers internally by providing data-driven insights that shape our Product and Sales strategies **You** We're looking for a seasoned Customer Success Manager with a proven track record of driving customer success, adoption, and growth. You should have: * 3+ years of experience in top-tier consulting or fast-paced, customer-facing roles at high-growth B2B startups * Strong academic foundation and analytical thinking * Proven ability to engage with both executive stakeholders and operational end users, understanding their different needs and success metrics * Strategic, data-driven, and relentlessly curious * A natural communicator who can distill complex ideas simply and clearly * Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by experimentation.
