As a key member of our Customer Success team, you'll play a vital role in driving growth, building strong relationships with our European customers, and ensuring their success with our platform. **What You'll Do:** As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for planning and managing the success of a portfolio of customers across the entire post-sale customer journey – from kick-off through advocacy to renewal. You'll own the revenue of your portfolio, proactively identifying and executing upsell and expansion opportunities while mitigating any churn risks. You'll think strategically to establish, maintain, and maximize satisfaction from using our platform, serving as arenaflex's ambassador to the customers and their ultimate advisor.
