As a Customer Success Manager for Smart City Solutions, you'll be responsible for:

- **Building Relationships**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with government staff and municipal leadership to understand their needs and preferences.

- **Data Analysis and Visualization**: Analyze data and create visualizations to support decision-making and drive business growth.
- **Exceptional Customer Service**: Provide top-notch customer support and service to our SaaS clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

- **Minimum 8 Years of Work Experience**: We're seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in account management or customer success.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with the sanitation industry and its challenges is essential.
- **Tech-Savviness**: Experience with SaaS technology and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and platforms.
