With a strong focus on innovation, customer success, and employee growth, arenaflex is the perfect place to build a career. **The Role** As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our Public Sector customers achieve their goals and maximize the value of our IoT platform. You will work closely with our customers to understand their unique challenges and develop customized success plans to address them. Your role will be cross-functional, requiring collaboration with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute customized success plans with customers to ensure they achieve their goals and maximize the value of our IoT platform * Conduct workshops with customers to understand their current operations and recommend workflow changes to get the most out of our products * Serve as a mentor to the wider Customer Success and Support teams * Champion, role model, and embed arenaflex's cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including executive business reviews and joint success plans * Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure they are achieving their goals and provide guidance and support as needed **Minimum Requirements** * 2-3+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
