We're committed to being the best in class, and we're looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to join our team and help us achieve this goal. **Job Summary:** As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in developing long-term relationships with our customers, ensuring their success with our platform, and driving retention and growth. You'll be responsible for managing customer experience, tracking and driving customer health, and identifying opportunities to improve our product and services. If you're a seasoned professional with a passion for the restaurant industry and a knack for building strong relationships, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high retention and satisfaction * Ensure customers achieve maximum lifetime value with our software through proactive and reactive customer outreach * Manage customer experience and set expectations to ensure seamless onboarding and adoption * Track and drive customer health, Net Promoter Scores, and identify opportunities for growth * Create playbooks and present calls to action to drive customer success * Responsible for reaching assigned targets for customer KPIs * Continuously improve customer experience by proposing new processes and concepts * Participate in user groups and client-facing webinars to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices * Handle product or software attrition to identify save opportunities and improve customer retention * Identify and pass leads to our Sales Growth team to drive revenue growth * Other duties as assigned to support the growth and success of arenaflex **What You'll Need to Succeed:** * Previous experience with arenaflex's platform (R365) * 3-5 years of experience in accounting and/or the restaurant industry * 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with a proven track record of building strong relationships and driving customer success * Ability to travel 10% of the time * Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Collaborative and flexible working style with a strong ability to work independently * Ability to teach and coach effectively to drive customer adoption and success * Efficient and timely with deadlines and deliverables * Strong organization and time-management skills to prioritize multiple customer relationships and projects * Strong technical aptitude with experience communicating across multiple platforms * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of adaptability and flexibility **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience with Gainsight or other customer success management platforms * Previous experience with project management software to drive customer success and adoption **arenaflex Team Member Benefits & Compensation:** * Salary range: $70,000-$98,500 (actual salary may vary based on relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location) * Comprehensive medical benefits, 100% paid for employee * 401k + matching * Equity Option Grant * Unlimited PTO + Company holidays * Wellness initiatives **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a culture of continuous learning and growth.
