As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll develop impactful relationships with our customers, ensuring each one achieves a maximum lifetime value with our software. You'll work closely with our customers to overcome the complex challenges they face daily, leveraging your product knowledge and business acumen to drive growth, retention, and adoption. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop long-term relationships with customers, leading to high retention and customer satisfaction * Ensure customers are successful with the product following the launch date * Manage customer experience and set expectations * Track and drive customer health and Net Promoter Scores * Create playbooks and present calls to action * Responsible for reaching assigned targets for customer KPIs * Continuously improve customer experience by proposing new processes and concepts * Participate in user groups and client-facing webinars * Handle product or full software attrition to identify save opportunities * Identify and pass leads to our Sales Growth team * Other duties as assigned **How You'll Add Value:** As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our customers' success. You'll be responsible for: * Developing and executing customized success plans to drive customer growth and retention * Providing exceptional customer support and guidance to ensure seamless product adoption * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points * Analyzing customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement * Developing and delivering training programs to enhance customer skills and knowledge **What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role:** * Previous experience with arenaflex's platform (R365) * 3-5 years of experience in accounting and/or restaurants * 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role * Ability to travel 10% * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) * Collaborative and flexible working style * Ability to teach and coach effectively * Efficient and timely with deadlines and deliverables * Strong organization and time-management skills * Ability to work independently without supervision * Strong technical aptitude with experience communicating across multiple platforms **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience with Gainsight or other customer success management platforms * Previous experience with project management software **arenaflex Team Member Benefits & Perks:** * Competitive salary range of $70,000-$98,500 * Comprehensive medical benefits, 100% paid for employee * 401k + matching * Equity Option Grant * Unlimited PTO + Company holidays * Wellness initiatives **Additional Information:** * arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer. * We're committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment that values and respects all team members.
