Our commitment to innovation, customer satisfaction, and employee well-being has earned us a reputation as a leader in the industry. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Customer Success & Retention Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying at-risk customers, and working to rebuild trust and retain them. You'll be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive, informative, and tailored to their specific needs. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide excellent customer service during each call with customers, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Identify at-risk customers and develop individualized solutions to rebuild trust and retain them * Contribute to the successful achievement of customer service KPIs, including call time, first call resolution, customer retention, and customer satisfaction * Handle high call volumes, including inbound, outbound, email, and chat support * Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth experience for our customers * Provide knowledge and in-depth advice on hearing loss and related topics * Develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and sales consultants * Communicate effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration **What You'll Need** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A great empathy and customer-centric mindset, with a natural ability to understand and connect with customers * A growth mindset, with a strong work ethic and desire to learn, adapt, and improve * Reliable network connectivity, with a download speed of at least 100Mbps and an upload speed of at least 20Mbps * Proficiency in Salesforce, Twilio, Zoom, Outlook, and Chrome * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment **What We Offer** In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer: * A competitive compensation package, including a guaranteed base rate of $23 per hour plus commissions, with a potential earnings range of $300-$600 per month * A comprehensive benefits package, including full medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid parental leave, open paid time off (PTO) policy, and paid sick time and paid company holidays * A unique culture that values ownership, collaboration, and solution-oriented thinking, with opportunities for professional growth and development * A remote, full-time schedule, with an 8-hour shift and 1 hour lunch break between the hours of 8AM-8PM in your local time zone, including rotating Saturdays * Opportunities to participate in company-sponsored clubs, events, and activities that foster a sense of community and teamwork **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers and employees.
