Primary focus will be on end-to-end workflow, including integration with QuickBooks, to ensure streamlined operations and maximum efficiency for our clients. Document and track all client interactions within internal software, maintaining accurate records and enabling data-driven decision-making. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
