Our vision goes beyond a single product category, and we're committed to delivering incredible products and unique, engaging experiences that keep our fans and customers coming back for more. **The Role** As a Customer Supply Chain Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing and processing orders for US retail businesses in NetSuite, owning the customer onboarding process and launch execution timelines, and working with the CSC manager to develop and maintain customer scorecards tracking KPIs and critical business metrics. You'll also monitor customer inventory and weeks of stock, partner closely with Supply and Demand Planning to understand customer ordering volumes, cadences, and patterns, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align supply chain processes, support in-store activations, and resolve operational issues. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and process orders for US retail businesses in NetSuite * Own customer onboarding process and launch execution timelines * Work with CSC manager to develop & maintain customer scorecards tracking KPIs and critical business metrics * Monitor customer inventory and weeks of stock – partner closely with Supply and Demand Planning to understand customer ordering volumes, cadences, and patterns * Collaborate with internal (sales, planning, ops, logistics, finance) and external stakeholders to align supply chain processes, support in-store activations, and resolve operational issues * Develop a thorough understanding of key account needs and requirements and prepare solutions to support their needs * Develop innovative retailer solutions based on consumer insights to achieve shared goals and objectives * Support demand planning and sales forecasting processes with relevant customer data insights to support smooth execution of new product launches, planogram changes, and sales activations **Recipe for Success:** * Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges in a fast-paced environment * Entrepreneurial mindset with a 'self-start' mentality * Problem-solver seeking innovative and creative solutions with a consistent focus on details * Be comfortable with a workday and schedule that isn’t always highly structured or predictable – this is not a ‘punch in, punch out’ role * Strong analytical skills are a must-have * Advanced MS Excel skills * Strong sense of urgency and time management * Must be highly organized and strong communicator with proven cross-functional experience * A team player: ability to work and make decisions autonomously with appropriate levels of collaboration and engagement with the team to ensure alignment * Ability to effectively manage workload, meet deadlines, and ensuring quality output * Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time-constrained environment * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Able to work independently and within a team * Ability to travel to visit customers as appropriate * 0-2 years experience in supply chain **Why arenaflex?** We value experience.
