Job Summary As an Experienced Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our members and patients. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. This is a part-time remote opportunity, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.

Key Responsibilities * Answer inbound calls from members and patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Provide accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex products and services, including benefits, eligibility, and claims processing * Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns to supervisors or other teams as needed * Collaborate with internal teams, including claims, customer service, and medical management, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and policies Requirements * 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, such as call center, retail, or hospitality * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues * Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including bolthires Office and CRM software * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and resolution * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Preferred Qualifications * Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field * Strong knowledge of arenaflex products and services, including benefits, eligibility, and claims processing * Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM) * Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk * Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages Training and Development * arenaflex offers comprehensive training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills, including: + Onboarding program, with a focus on arenaflex products, services, and policies + Ongoing training and coaching, to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in your role + Opportunities for advancement and career growth, within arenaflex and across the healthcare industry Work Environment and Culture * arenaflex is committed to creating a positive, inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
