As an Experienced Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • *Compensation & Benefits:**
  • The first month is a training period, during which careerzynith will invest significant resources in teaching and onboarding.
  • During this training period, the pay is $150.
  • After the first month, if expectations are met, the pay could be increased to $190.
  • Immediate promotions are available afterwards, with salary increases to $230, followed by $300 once goals are successfully met.
  • careerzynith offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
  • *Working Hours:**
  • On-call 24/7 to meet the needs of our drivers.
  • Main business hours are based on Chicago time.
