You will work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a flexible schedule and the freedom to choose your own hours. With a focus on professionalism, courtesy, and accuracy, you will represent our clients with the highest level of integrity and expertise. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to clients across a variety of industries * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues * Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge **Requirements** * Must reside in an eligible U.S. state (see below for list of eligible states) * Must be at least 18 years old * Must pass a background check (required by client) * Drug screening may be required for certain clients * Must have a quiet home office setup with: + A desktop or laptop that meets minimum specifications + Reliable high-speed internet + Ethernet connection is required – your device must be hardwired to your modem using a Cat 5, Cat 6, or Cat 7 Ethernet cable (Wi-Fi is not permitted) + USB headset with microphone (no Bluetooth or wireless devices) **Training Details** Before servicing clients, you must complete a mandatory training and certification program: * Duration: 4–6 weeks * Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4 to 6 hours per day * Session options: Morning or evening (chosen at the start and fixed for the entire training) * You must successfully complete training and certification before beginning paid service **Compensation Structure** * Pay rates vary by client (typically $10–$16/hour once certified) * You will be paid only after certification and servicing for 30 days (referred to as a “month in the hole”) * Payments are issued on a bi-monthly schedule once servicing begins **Why is there a wait to be paid?** As independent contractors, you are paid after the client releases funds to us.
