- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support & Live Chat Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing live chat and email inquiries, ensuring a seamless customer journey and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Providing video calls to new customers using Zoom and Loom
- Escalating customer support tickets to dedicated teams
- Representing arenaflex in virtual and networking sessions
- Utilizing customer feedback to create new ideas and improve our services
- *Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in a customer experience role, with a focus on delivering exceptional support experiences
- Strong organizational skills, with a flexible attitude and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Experience using live chat platforms, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- A passion for continuous learning and professional development, with a desire to grow and develop your skills and expertise
- *Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
- Experience using Keep, Thrive cart, Groove, Facebook, and Instagram
- Familiarity with Zoom and Loom video conferencing platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- A background in real estate or a related field would be an asset
- *Compensation and Benefits**
As a valued member of our team, you can expect:
- A competitive salary of up to $30,000, with an additional $1,000 bonus after passing probation
