- Utilizing the live chat software's built-in features to respond to common questions swiftly, and relying on your chat supervisor for guidance with more complex issues.
- Completing a brief yet comprehensive training program (1-2 hours) before starting, ensuring you're fully prepared to provide excellent service.
- Providing personalized and professional chat support to online shop visitors.
- Resolving customer issues, answering questions, and guiding them through our website, leveraging the tools and training provided.
- Collaborating with your supervisor and team members to continuously improve the service quality.
- *Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Access to a device with internet capability for using chat and messaging functions (e.g., phone, tablet, laptop).
