If you're a customer service professional at heart, with a passion for building strong relationships and driving success, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities** As a Customer Support Representative, Tier 1, you'll be responsible for: * Fielding incoming calls, chats, and emails to address any questions our customers may have * Providing support, training, and guidance through the adoption of Brio, our SAAS-based CRM designed specifically for pest control companies * Building strong, trusting relationships with customers to ensure their success * Collaborating with other departments to help customers achieve their goals * Participating in the ongoing creation and updating of best practices for role and department * Consistently increasing your knowledge of the software and the industry * Willingness to work over 40 hours when necessary * Helping customers become experts on the product, including using all features to the fullest **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * High attention to detail * Ability to prioritize and organize tasks * Experience in customer service/support, preferably in a corporate setting * Delivery of technology training in a corporate setting in-person and via the web * Project development and working well across departments * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities **Benefits and Perks** As a member of our team, you'll enjoy: * Flexibility to work where/how you want within your country of employment – in-office, remote, or hybrid * Continued investment in your professional development * Day 1 access to a robust health and wellness benefits package, including an annual wellness stipend * 401k with up to a 4% match and immediate vesting * Flexible and generous (FTO) time-off * Employee Stock Purchase Program **Work Environment and Culture** Our team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we're used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you're close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Standard working hours for this position are 8:00am - 5:00pm MST. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America. **Compensation** The target compensation for this position is $17.00 - $19.75 per hour in most locations.
