  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Serving as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving product-related problems, and providing technical support
  • Interacting with multiple departments, including service parts, field service, materials, production, logistics, sales, finance, and management
  • Answering incoming customer calls, serving as a back-up for placing service part orders, and assisting customers with order status and product-related questions
  • Informing customers of standard procedures when placing an order and following up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Following a standardized order entry process to ensure 100% accuracy for all orders
  • Initiating and tracking documentation to authorize and direct work according to customers' contractual obligations
  • Demonstrating a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service, living the arenaflex brand, and earning customer loyalty through best-in-class products, services, and quality
  • Building relationships and fostering teamwork with fellow team members, leadership, and individuals within other departments
  • *What You Need**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of work experience in a customer-facing role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic reading and math skills, with the ability to adhere to safety-related issues, including good housekeeping, ergonomics practices, documentation, and team concepts
  • Ability to effectively demonstrate knowledge of modern office procedures, including the use of personal computers, fax machines, and copy machines
  • PC literacy and experience with ERP systems (JDE/SAP/Sales Force/Genesis) are preferred
  • Strong customer service experience is highly preferred
