About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient customer support representative to join our team. As a part-time, remote worker, you will be responsible for answering customer requests via email and occasional phone calls. Your excellent technical skills and native English proficiency will enable you to provide top-notch support to our customers. This role is ideal for someone who wants a flexible, part-time position that can be balanced with other commitments or pursuits.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering a limited number of emails daily, providing detailed and helpful responses to customer inquiries
- Reproducing bugs and writing comprehensive reports for the development team to ensure prompt resolution
- Reporting on feedback and usability problems to help us continuously improve our product
- Checking emails twice a day, Monday to Friday, for approximately 30 minutes each time, to ensure timely responses to customer requests
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications:
- Native English proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Technical expertise, with a strong understanding of web applications and software
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work independently in a remote setting

- Residence in North or South America, with a reliable internet connection and necessary equipment for remote work
