Responsibilities As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in providing top-notch customer service to our clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include: * First Point of Contact: You'll be the first point of contact for customers, answering their queries via phone, SMS, or email in a professional and courteous manner. * Guiding Customers: You'll assist customers with website-related issues, product questions, and payment matters, providing clear and concise solutions to their problems. * Query Resolution: You'll refer queries and complaints to the relevant department and ensure timely resolution, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Order Processing: You'll assist customers with processing orders, modifying existing orders, and providing shipment details in a timely and accurate manner. * Record Maintenance: You'll maintain records of customers' complaints, queries, and resolutions in our customer support system/database, ensuring seamless communication and resolution. Eligibility Requirements To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following eligibility requirements: * High School Diploma: A high school diploma is mandatory to apply for this role.
However, higher education or a specialist diploma in customer care service will be a significant plus point. * English Language Proficiency: English language proficiency (written and verbal) is a must to apply for this role.
