Job Summary As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure that listings and support tickets are handled efficiently and effectively.

This is a remote online support role, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home and create your own schedule. English speaker * High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred Preferred Qualifications * Previous customer support experience * Experience working in a remote online support environment * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services * Certification in customer support or a related field * Proficiency in multiple languages Skills and Competencies * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Strong organizational and time management skills * Proficiency in using modern business tools such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances * Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
