About the Role As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, while also providing a positive and personalized experience for each customer interaction.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include: * Answering incoming calls and providing high-quality support to our customers * Taking ownership of customer issues and following problems through to resolution * Working closely with supervisors and shift leads to ensure customer satisfaction and a productive work environment * Continually learning about our products and services to enhance your knowledge and better support our customers * Learning from others and developing yourself as a customer support representative for arenaflex Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * 1+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably for a technology product or service * A quiet, dedicated workspace in your home, free from distractions (please note, you cannot be a primary caregiver during your shifts) * Exceptional communication skills and the ability to react quickly when speaking with customers * Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to talk customers through situations clearly and accurately * An enthusiastic and can-do attitude that radiates positivity and dedication to each customer * Previous experience with call center software, such as Calabrio, Gladly, Maestro, or other similar platforms, is preferred Benefits and Perks As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits and perks, including: * Hourly rate: $16 per hour * Quarterly performance-based bonus potential * Workplace flexibility: Choose to work from our Lehi office or from home after graduating from training * Company-provided laptop and equipment * Shifts Available: Monday - Friday 10:30 am - 7 pm or Tuesday - Saturday 7 am - 3:30 pm * Eligibility for medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits * A 401(k) retirement savings plan * Generous Paid Time Off and Unpaid Time Off Work Environment and Company Culture At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the growth and well-being of our employees.
