About the Role In this role, you will be working as an independent contractor, providing customer support via phone, chat, and/or video chat. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with software navigation, locating previous tax returns and amendments, and providing an empathetic approach to customer interactions. You will leverage your critical thinking and multi-tasking capabilities to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
