Job Summary As an Experienced Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
Your excellent organizational skills, task management ability, and kind and helpful demeanor will make you an invaluable asset to our team. Key Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner * Work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure listings and support tickets are handled in a timely and efficient manner * Manage your workload independently, taking responsibility for your tasks and ensuring timely completion * Collaborate with your teammate to provide 7-day-a-week coverage, including rotating weekends * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge * Contribute to the growth and development of our team, sharing your ideas and expertise to drive innovation and improvement Essential Qualifications * Excellent organizational skills and task management ability * Ability to speak with customers in a kind and helpful manner, with a native U.S.
English speaker * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our overseas admin team * Proficiency in using modern business tools, such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Preferred Qualifications * Previous customer support experience, preferably in a remote or online environment * Experience working with overseas teams or in a multicultural environment * Familiarity with arenaflex's products or services * Certification in customer support or a related field Skills and Competencies * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities * Proficiency in using modern business tools, such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA * Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and resolution
