If you're a customer-centric individual with a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience * Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products, services, offers, rates, and billing * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers * Meet or exceed departmental standards and expectations for call averages, call statistics, and customer satisfaction * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and stay current with industry developments * Adhere to a dress code and maintain a professional demeanor at all times **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the telecommunications industry * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Ability to type at least 30 words per minute * Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a call center environment, preferably in the telecommunications industry * Knowledge of telecommunications terms and concepts * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Ability to type at least 30 words per minute * Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
